Ensuring that every child has a healthy beginning.
We offer…

• A voluntary home visitation program for new parents who can benefit from support.
• Services provided at no cost to the family.
• The program before the baby is born or at any time until the baby is three months old.
• Ongoing support to families for up to five years.
• Regular home visits with a Healthy Families staff member for you and your family in your home.
